Wax Carving Ring Workshop

Come and learn the traditional art of wax carving used by jewellers to mould, carve, and creatively craft a wearable piece of art in jewellers wax before casting the finished piece in metal.

Once you have carved your ring, KATA Jewellery will send the wax off to be cast in your desired metal using the lost wax casting process. KATA Jewellery will finish the rings in the workshop to your chosen finish. A price list will be available in the workshop if you wish to add extras such as gold plating, stone setting and engraving once your ring has been cast and polished.

A fun and relaxed class suitable for complete beginners and those with some experience.

Your rings will be made available for collection or delivery can be arranged.
