Part of Jade Taylor’s romantic Paper Moon series, this original botanical monoprint reflects on illusion, love, and nostalgia. Inspired by early fairground photographs taken against paper moon backdrops, the series reimagines the balance between what is real and what is dreamed.
In Paper Moon – Chasmanthium Latifolium I, Taylor captures the graceful textures of native grasses through her signature printmaking process. Each monoprint is created using foraged plants gathered near her Tunbridge Wells studio, ensuring every piece is completely unique. Presented with a circular mount and framed in walnut veneer, this artwork embodies both simplicity and refinement — a perfect fusion of craftsmanship, sentiment, and modern British design.
