‘Stolen Time 124’ is a collaboration between the paint and the artist – Heys creates a vibrant dialogue through his experimentation with texture, depth and colour, revealing an unfolding tapestry that draws upon the medium to captivate its viewer. With vibrant oranges and blues breaking through one other, this painting plays with different weights of paint, building up into a rough but exciting texture.
