Vivian collaborated closely with the KATA team to remodel her mother’s cherished engagement ring, preserving its sentimental essence while re-imagining it with a fresh, refined design.

At the heart of her design were the original blue Zircons from her mothers engagement ring – an unusual ring in itself that had been worn down over time by love and age. The KATA team carefully bought these stones back to life and set them at the center of the ring. To enhance the brilliance of the Zircones, Diamonds from another of her mothers ring were incorporated, adding depth and contrast as they framed the Zircons adding brilliance and contrast.

When designing, Jennifer drew inspiration from the bold symetry and geometric elegance of the art deco era. KATA crafted a structured, architectural setting for the Zircons. The result was a striking design – modern in craftmanship yet rich with history.
